You managed to get Mr. Hicks to come out of the closet !! I am not sure I know how to take that! A detailed business plan to follow a wrong strategy is going to take you in a wrong direction. If you read the early information (detailed) this company was going to be a wellness publishing company. If that is the detailed plan you are referring to we can all see what happened. They have switched directions. They have an inactive non revenue producing web site, and are now in the Kiosk business. Now current business savvy tells us that the internet is the future. Read the recent article in Time magazine on the coming demise of the shopping mall. So do the shareholders know where the company is going? Do the shareholders know how their funds from the 504, have resulted in revenue, or not for the company? Do the shareholders really know where the company is going? I am asking the hard questions in an effort to ascertain exactly what the shareholders think they know.
