Gary, Thank you for all the informative articles yesterday.

As to the above acquisitions by Amzn today; I have some comments but it's not based on details/facts that Amzn may or may not disclose in the near future.

1. If those two companies generate revenue but lose less money than Amzn in terms of Loss-per-share, then the deal is accretive.
2. The assumed all outstanding options of Junglee and Planetall are not included in the so-call $280M stock purchase.

3. I am seeing dilution, increasing float and new sellers comming.. the current float controllers are interested in control only, they are not buyers.
