CUC will take a 25 percent interest in NetGrocer and has the right to buy the entire company at a later date. For the 25 percent interest in NetGrocer, CUC has invested approximately $5 million.

This was as of Nov 19, 1997.

Because of the 25% stake, they should be on the equity method, and to your point, a press release would probably be appropriate.

Regardless, its just nickles and dimes anyway: 25% of 38 mil.
