Technically the FTC matter is not cleared up yet and the Global Tracker agreement is not final. I think that these variables combined with the mostly very poor microcap market is causing people to sell. Alot of shares were probable purchased in the single cents.

I think we will get to 25 cents after the FTC matter is put to bed and TRKR finalizes more good news on the contract/revenue side.

Fahnstock has been on the offering for over a year now. If you call the NASD in New Jersey asking for the direct number. You will get the trader who handles trading for tracker. They are require to answer this question. The trader will not be nice about it but you will get an answer.
