I want to know the meaning of below paragraph * -Internet innovator, BioLogix International, Ltd. (OTC BB:BGIX - news), and creator of both The Health Channel(TM) and the world's first ''virtual hospital,'' has called for full disclosure of its securities by all shareholders and market makers pursuant to its pending declaration of a dividend and stock splits. ***** Should we have to contact BGIX regarding this disclosure?? I registered my name on the health channel a couple of days ago and have started getting my e-mail releases of med reports. Neat, I like it cause it gives me further insight into the pharms ... a group I like a lot. I also did their health Q & A and thought that was pretty good. Seems to me they are still making progress. How this relates to income is another matter, but they are definitely going forward imho. Don't know why their home site is down ..... it was down a while ago when they shifted to a refurbished, slicker site. Don't know why they would be doing more. Any one have any news ??.
