I think it's a buying opportunity. CHL has outperformed the Hang Seng both to the upside and now to the downside. The only question is, how much lower can we go, and that I don't have the answer to. Those idiots in Tokyo are going to have to stop jabbering and start taking concrete action, or we're just going to keep drifting downward. The odd thing is, Hong Kong seems to be taking the brunt of the selling, probably due to devaluation fears, and investors should be pummeling Japan instead.
