Jon, I am addressing this to you but it's really to whoever is listening, as well. I seriously doubt that Bernard Hicks is going to appear here simply because he said in his second and last post that he wasn't. And that is something under his control, whereas other factors are not. What I fail to understand is why you or Equalizzer or others who have questions or doubts or ignorance of the company don't just CALL them? Why rely only on those who take the time to speak with them? Mr EQ says to you, Jon:We are thorough in our research and due diligence. I have been interested in investor sentiment. Your posting to Mr. Hicks makes that rather clear!!! Mr EQ asks dozens of questions and makes some general assumptions which could be cleared up in short order by calling either Bernard or Ron Green, the president. If it's investor sentiment he wants, I will say that I am 150% convinced of management's integrity and skill and tireless tenacity to earn AVAL's percent of a emerging technical area, PARTICULARLY as it is with a healthcare orientation. I was ecstatic when the company altered its focus and business plan. Because it's a good one and shows the company is already evolving in the direction of where the bucks are. *Big* Bucks. Healthcare is a critical area for the patients who need inexpensive information, for the professionals who are spread thin in time and short in numbers, for clinics and HMO's who are facing all sorts of financial crunches and new laws and pressure and on and on. And finally, there are all those rich pharmaceutical companies constantly looking for places to spend money that reach patients and the professionals. And what else can be done with a very advanced kiosk? Have any of you looked lately at the "about us" section onstayhealthy.com site? See what is says there about the company's new X-po!(tm) kiosk? Someone here mentioned that by 2010 all homes will have internet access; I think that by 2010, I will be sending my vital health stats to a health professional via a home kiosk terminal of some sort. In a year or two, I could be doing the same from a drug store, bouncing my blood pressure or pulse rate of a satellite above to my HMO's data bank. Lots of exciting things ahead. Can this company be part of it? I believe it will. Sometime ago I reached a stage of comfort with my investment in AVAL. Any other contact with them or individual due diligence has only made me more at ease and encouraged. I suggest those of you who are ill at ease do the same or sell or try not to think about it for a bit longer. Thanks for letting me address a bunch of things I have wanted to say and for which I just haven't had the time in the past couple of weeks. -Madly
