Thanks Ron. I read this a little different. What I think is going on is that the Platform (i.e. UNI-GOLD) has been proven to work. Thats why the Strep test can be submitted under 510(k). But as to HIV being approved before Strep, I'm not so sure...I'm not clear what's the deal regarding HIV2 license and if that's what is holding up the approval. Regardless, with or without HIV in the USA, TRIBY's pushing lots of product out the door... :>) Kevin
