Hello Mr. Shapiro:

Not to belabor the point; is there a criterion for your estimation of intrinsic value for NSCP in terms of price to revenues, price to sales, a growth rate(s), or some ratio based on amortized expenses or losses as had been popular with the biotech stocks early 90's? My sense for intrinsic value as being something easily less than $10 a share, where I would be looking for components of their activities that could be run as a business.

I sense your hopes for NSCP, and I hope they survive, too. From their recent business development activities, I remain confused as to what is being developed for any reasonable prospect of durable competitive advantage(s). Hence, I find little to assign any intrinsic value to in NSCP at this time. I have a short position in NSCP in reflection of my view NSCP value is lower than the current price. A view holding recent pains for me....

Best regards,
m
