Gary, there is precedent within the sector for the acquirees to be able to sell right away after closing. All AMZN has to do is register their shares. YHOO did that on a couple deals earlier this year.

Under this fixed-fee contract, Syntel will assist with the ongoing management of Borders' Year 2000 compliance project as well as provide value-added maintenance services to further enhance Borders' efforts.
