OT: Interesting "fact" from the Lewinsky investigation...

OK, OK, I admit it.......I occasionally watch CNBC, MSNBC to catch up on the latest....

Last night, I heard a very interesting possibility...

One lawyer, who closely followed the Paula Jones case, claims that Clinton has nothing to worry about.....Why?

Apparently, in the Paula Jones case, Clinton was asked if he had sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky, to which he answered "no" (The basis of the perjury accusation)...According to this lawyer, in that case, sexual relations was DEFINED as intercourse (by the judge, I believe)....even, oral sex would not "technically" count....So, if it is true (what many assume) that Clinton did not do anything more then some oral sex, then technically, he did not perjure himself.......and Ken Starr has no case..........even semen on the dress would not be considered evidence of perjury...they had to have had intercourse....
So, as long as President Clinton tells the truth on August 17, according to this lady, there is no more case.

(I am taking this one lawyer on her word; Don't have any other facts to back this up)
