The AMG Data cash flow to mutual funds was very low last week, after a definite decline the week before. Three consecutive weeks of negative cash flow there could tip us down a thousand points; confirmation by a negative-over-positive indicators of -12 to -15 on Marketgauge could point to a major contraction. Like 4,000 Dow points.

We'll see. There's a little Fed tightening--or at least a decrease in acceleraiton-- of the money supply. If everyone decides it's time to pay down a little of that credit card debt, down comes the hosue of credit cards.

Jim,

Lucky for Tommaso that there is yet to be a negative flow from mutual funds... but the positive amount isn't much.

Still working on charts...
