Ralph Acampora's pronouncement today of a market correction of 15-20% appears to have taken the buy the dipsters by surprise. He is calling for a Dow level of between 7400-7600 before the bull eventually resumes. Market internals are as bad (or worse) than we've recently seen. Last October may not have been a fluke.
