Don,

This is getting interesting indeed. The selling of IMS's intellectual property to another company without the consent and vote of the shareholders should make the transaction void. (correct me if I am wrong). Provided that the transaction was made before the bankruptcy filing, I don't remember IMS had issued any statements regarding this sale to the public shareholders. I am very surprised to hear MArk Haines at CNBC this morning to mention about the lawsuit and also International META systems. Wow, 500 million just for one patent. Frank, please don't tell me the IMSLIB is worth only 500K.

Men, I don't know what to say about this IMS board. They all deserve to go to jail. (just my opinion)

Oh, where is the money they got from the transaction and how much did IMS sell it for? I am very curious to know.

See Ya!

Ken

I'm sympathetic with your views, but corporate governance is
normally vested in the executives and board, not in the employees.
Now when all governance is vested in the court judge.
All your pleedings are in vain unless addressed to him. I am at
a loss as to what your expectation of me is.
