Must be thick headed but none of these new releases make any sense to me. I doubt I am the only one. Neither do any of the posts trying to explain the news releases!

What the heck does this mean?

"Convertible at the option of the holder to common shares of the

Corporation at the ratio of $0.25 for each common share divided by

the purchase price of each preferred share of $1.00 each"

This is complete and utter garbage the way this is worded! Does it mean you get 4 common shares for each preferred shares? If it does, what don't they just say that? Ugh!

Also, something does not add up with R-144 shares. Can anyone explain this?
