webpilot (I luv that alias--if you ever leave SI can I have it?),

First, let me thank you for your many well thought out posts recently. My favorite, which I have even quoted to others, is the one where you indicated that if the clowns operating CAI were pilots, and did what they did, they would be grounded for life. A doctor would never be allowed to operate again. But these clowns get to issues new shares to new shareholders again and take other folks money. It is criminal.

Second, I wanted to follow up on a post you made yesterday, when you said:
"I called over there and was told that since the Debts exceeded the value of the Assets, that condition or requirement did not apply! Another reason to place a low valuation on the value of CAWS assets!"

Who did you call? If CAI or their agents, they will of course tell you that. Webby, please read that chapter 11 document. I think they are lying to you. This is a pre-packaged plan.

Third, please send a letter to the judge and encourgae others to do so.

Please keep up all of the excellent writing and posts!

Thanks.
