Marginmike, I am not too concerned with trying to pick the bottom. When you have a company with the products and prospects of VLSI, $5/share in cash, and $12 book value, you should swallow hard and buy in the panic. If it keeps going down, buy more. Jay

marginmike: They are calling for a further 10% decline in the DOW. The small caps that have not participated are likely to double that irrespective of their valuation.

It seems best to go with the money flow as directed by the tape.
