There is an article in WSJ today about some shareholder activists take opportunities of depressed share price to build a significant positions in certain small-cap companies and then try to force the managements to make some changes (http://interactive6.wsj.com/edition/current/articles/SB902187931594334500.htm). It would be really nice for some institutions to take a significant position on IDTI to force out its CEO, Len Perham, who has consistently shown that he just could not deliver.
