<<<<Great a couple of lawyers, well you guys should be able to trade the stockmarket
can't be anything but math. The market going down now because people like you are not tending to their real
jobs. The attraction to "easy money" I don't need a crystal ball I'm a lawyer. Maybe
you both should stick to advertising during the Jerry Springer Show. Both you all full
of Sj%t. Everything mean nothing and nothing mean everything just depend on what
the final result is. You both will soon find out, the best way to make money is
through your own profession. >>>>>>>>

You are an idiot.

You dont know anything at all about me or about my REAL job

Your prejudices that lead you to ridicule without knowing facts leads me to think you are MORE than an idiot..but since I dont want to go to web jail I will leave it at that.

and yes...we know how intelligent some stock brokers are...I cant count how many times I have had to go to SUPERVISORS of brokers (and sometimes SUPERVISORS of SUPERVISORS) because the brokers didnt know the trading rules, the requirements for credit spreads versus debit spreads, etc...

Sling your BS at someone else

+++++ OT +++++

What's your problem bud? Your wife burn your toast this morning, or did you get your A## burned by a lawyer in a lawsuit last week???

Give it a rest. Or take it to Thread Morons. That seems to be where you belong.

Hi NewYorkCityNewportBeachBroker,

Re: some members of the thread who are lawyers, you said:

<You both will soon find out, the best way to make money is through your own profession>

True enough, but after we make tons of money, we have to invest it, right? I mean, you can only have so many Mercedes and beach houses. I suppose you would say that we should let our brokers do it for us, but I have to say that if the brokers in SI are typical of the ilk, I'd rather not.

And, by the way, I don't think of investing as "easy money." I diligently read - - every day - - annual reports, 10-Ks and 10-Qs on Edgar; various on-line news services e.g. Hoover's and Standard and Poor's Personal Wealth; in print or on-line the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Journal of Commerce, the Economist, Business Week, Bloomberg, Investor's Business Daily, Forbes, Fortune, Smart Money, Wired, Red Herring, OnLine Investor, and various industry mags like DefenseNews and Upside.

I also regularly peruse the Upgrades and Downgrades from the big brokerage houses.

For example, I recently bought Lucent, which was highly touted by several major brokerage firms. I think in the long run, Lucent will be a great buy. Too bad I got it at 95, last time I looked it was 87.

Did Lucent go down because I did not stick to lawyering as diligently as I should?

I think not. At the time I bought Lucent, I thought it was overpriced, but who am I to disbelieve professional brokers? I mean, they are the experts, right? Or, could it be that they are shills?

Hmmmm.

See you,
