You arrogantly raise a new theology that contradicts the methods of the Apostles and disciples and all the saints in the Church for the last two thousand years, and you call those who call you to accoutability prideful. What is my pride? The desire to follow the words and methos of the Apostles and saints in the whole history of Christianity. The success of these inspired and holy men and my own success in preaching the Gospel to all men, not only the Jews, have proven sound. Why shouldn't we question this new theology of yours? It is you who is introducing a new way and a new theology that is contrary to the Word of God and established Christian evangelization for the last 2000 years. Did God ordain you to preach this new theology of evangelization pretending that you do not use the Word of God in the New Testament. You attempt to diminish the Word of God in the New Testament, the very Word that God himself deemed necessary for men's salvation and edification. Your new theology of: 'The New Testament is not needed in preaching the Gospel is False. The Apsotles, 2000 years of Church history, and the New Testament itself says that it is false. Again, it is not your success with being used by God in bringing Steve to salvation that is questioned, but your new theology of evangelization without the need of the New Testament. ----------------------- "Why is it you cannot accept the concept that God can and does use the OT even today to bring people into a relationship with Him. God does not need the OT or the NT to bring a sinner to Him!! It is His Spirit not your technique or mine. Rid yourself of pride and give God the credit that He and ALL of His Word deserve. Why can't you simply rejoice that sinners can come home through only the OT pointing them to the Saviour? God does." Again, you distort my words because you have no scriptural foundation for your new theology of: The New Testament is not needed in evagelism. I have never denied that God uses the Old Testament to bring people in a relationship to him, but what I deny is the fact that you claim you need only the Old Testament and not the New at all. You cannot preach the Gospel withoud using the Old Testament. You have pridefully and arrogantly asserted that you can, but your very words show that you did indeed use the New Testament. If you remove the glory from the New Testament in evangelizing, where do you give the glory for the knowledge of Jesus and his Crucifixion and Resurrection. Do you give it to yourself instead of the Apsotles and disciples and the Word of God in the New Testament. ----------------- "Your pride has you arguing with proven success as inspired by God," No one is arguing about the success of God and you in bringing Steve to faith in Jesus. I am arguing against the false theology you are trying to develop around God's doings. The same problems occurred among the early Apostles and disciples. You pliagarize information from the New Testament to preach from the Old and then deny that you are using the New Testament. Pointing them where? And to which Saviour? It is only the New Testament Word of God that contains the name of that Saviour and his method of salvation through Crucifixion and Resurrection. I repeat, you cannot bring people to salvation without using the word of God in the New TEstament. You can pretend that you have, as you are doing. You can even pliagiarize by using information from the New Tetament and acting as if you haven't, but the end product is we need the New Testamente revelations from the Word of God to preach the Gospel and bring men to salvation.
