I just received an e-mail from PennyPicks.com with this quote: >Court case involving the defendant John Christensen was "Quashed" today in court. Basically means a thrown out. Ruling was in favor of MTEI. Another court case happened later in the day, no word yet on the ruling if any.< Has anyone heard anything?
