Don't put that much weight on Soro's actions

My brother-in-law works directly with Ruphart Murdoch
in Europe, and I can tell you from first hand experience
that these guys often don't have a clue what their
people are doing. They control multi-billion dollar
empires, and have talented lawyers and bankers do
most of their "name-sake" work. I doubt Soro's
himself even knows about that investment, let alone
would personally endorse it, just his people that
represent his interests thought it prudent.

The market is showing more vulnerability today, and
while TSIG should stay immune, investors may have
to sell TSIG to raise cash for margin calls on their
other positions. This activity will continue to
erode the stock price here, until there is more
information, or better market days, to attract more
positive cash flow into the stock. You'd be suprised
how many "private" messages I just got today from
my earlier post. So it's obvious many share my
concerns about the effect of market dynamics, and
event timing on the appreciation of this stock a
great deal more than whether Gordon will repeat
past mistakes or not.

Dixie, I appreciate your DD and enthusiasm.
I hope you don't mind me being a devil's advocate.
It's just something I do to help re-infource my
convictions, and they are to hold my TSIG, but
not blame others who need to reduce their positions
in order to be in a better cash position for now.

P.S. who ever thinks I personally day trade this
stock, or I somehow represent day traders, must
not read english too good...^^ I've been buying
this stock since from .55 down to .185 and only
sold once to pay for my FNTN shares 2 weeks ago.
Only stock I actually Day trade are LCOS, LEAP,
and CNWK, but never a silly penny stock that I
can't margin or short. What fun would that be?

P.S.S Wisehowl, nobody wrote to you, so why
do you still need to get attention here, just
crawl back under the other chatty thread where
you belong.

couldn't agree more on the day trading, I know this company will far exceed our expectations and I would prefer to hold my position thru the small ups and downs we are sure to see over the next 2-3 weeks for the big gain we will see in no more than 2 years IMO. regards michael

<<< How much of the Phoenix company was in the hands of the public when bankruptcy was declared? How much did the public get for it's portion of the shares outstanding? How much will the total assets of Phoenix be worth after Mr. Soros puts another $20,000,000 on the table to take 100% control of Phoenix? And lastly, how much will Mr. Soros sell the assets of Phoenix for after all is said and done? Answer these questions Mr. Barry or whoever you are!)>>>

Dixie, Much of your question is addressed in my post to Lane.
