Key here is that their plan seems to be working.

1) Expenses cut to the bone so any decent orders will bring profits.

2) Sales and financial credibility through association with L&H

3) COMPLIANCE WITH NASDAQ LISTING.

If the market weren't tanking, this would be close to a buck today. Where are all those pumpers, hopefully they have some money left.
