CB, Yes, I have been to the Vanguard "campus," though it was in two different locations. The first time, I was golly-geeing the place with a prof who was a consultant. The second time, I was with a group bidding to manage a Vanguard fund (we lost out to BatteryMarch, who totally screwed up the fund shareholders for the next 12 years) for almost no fee. Never was very enthused about that one. <G> I do hold my non-broker money funds at Vanguard and consider them great in the no gray matter needed types of funds, like money funds and state munis.

Is it the BK? My guy says no. Still too many people wanting to buy dips. And, is it possible that Ralph Acapulco could be on the side of the angels? No way, joe see. So, I expect at least one more pop before the big one. But, I have loads of puts on crappy cos. that should not pop with the market, so I am hoping for the best of all worlds: for me to make lots of money and for Acapella to be wrong. <G>
