Although some of ORVADO's facts based on his own twisted reality I have to laugh at, I do agree with him that our mgt (D.S) is awful. He has not performed his duties and has constantly made promises that have yet to be realized. I have also been in contact with him over the last little while. If you watch the trading you see that it takes very little to knock this thing down. Take today, Nesbitt unloads a petty 15000 or so and were down to the low 20's. If these guys could ever generate some buying, it would not take much to push it up a lot higher. This is an emotional stock with some impatient shareholders, and until our mgt gets their S%$T together, they can't expect much else.

Hi Maher. Judging by the trading activity over the last few weeks or so, I believe that there have been insiders positioning themselves in the stock. The problem is that no amount of positioning can increase the share price of any company if the buying is being done entirely on the bid. The only thing that will cause the price to rise is buying at market, the only type of buying the insiders IT SEEMS, ARE NOT WILLING TO DO. I personally made my decision over a year ago to hang on until I make money or the company loses FalC, so I'm in no matter what. But just because I'm willing to be loyal to the stock, doesn't mean I'll let myself be blinded and pretend that everything is well with the company. I believe that unless insiders somehow orchestrate a flurry of buying AT MARKET PRICES in the next month or so, we will definitely test our 52 week low at some point in early to mid fall.

At that point, and as long as we still have FalC, I'll hopefully be able to come into the stock yet again, for the umpteenth time. At least between ten and 17 cents there is in my opinion a very good chance to either sell them for a double or triple a few months later or keep them and have them substantially lower my average cost. It's all up to management now, and the window of opportunity for 1998 is getting ever so smaller....

Here's hoping this lion will still roar!
