Todays news is an Image-PR - I like it.

Reading between the lines gives me the following perspectives:

A)Networking the customers - Applies the synergy mentioned.
This can only be done if one is on secure ground that customers are satisfied with the cooperation with the company. So I guess Delmar is.

B)Further truck stops, shops and coffee-houses in sight.!!

Has ARET got the know-how and ready to launch ? - YES

Definately a good move.
