Mark,

While doing the math on Parekh's numbers you forgot to add in the $50 start up fee(or Parekh forgot to add them). Take your projected number of 10500 subscribers times the $50 fee already gives revenue of $525,000.

Can anyone also tell me what happens if you go over your time allotment? Do you get cut off or are you charged x/per minute.

The problem, as I have modelled it, is you need 400K subscribers and another 80M in cash to get to a break even position. That's the part I need help with. Has anybody done a pro-forma with some real costs? I have and would like feedback on my model.
