Careful, there John, we don't have confirmation that he sat at a table with Bill Gates, CEO of MSFT. He said that he sat at a table with Mr. Gates. There's plenty of them around. Given the way things get blown up around here, I would say there is significant doubt in my mind that it was Bill Gates, CEO of MSFT.

Another interesting tidbit was Alan, during his career, sitting at the same table with Gates. Of course many have sat at Gates's table.

John,

I noticed that statement. I can only look at the statement and say that it implies that:

1) Mr. Gates knows how to sit down (presumably in a chair although no chairs were specify mentioned)
2) Alan knows how to sit down or at least did at one time (a chair is again assumed)
3) Both Mr. Gates and Alan once (or more than once) sat down at the same time at the same table

Was this at a country club dinner? Who knows, it doesn't really matter, at least not to me. I need a little information before I am willing to infer much more from the statement.

If you talk to Alan, why don't you just ask him what Microsoft's "review" means.
