But if you're looking longer term and anticipating eventual Nasdaq small-cap status, then one certainly should have a keen interest in the fundamentals even if an investor shares your cynicism about unregulated BB stocks. Does anyone know for sure when TGSK either will or is eligible to apply for Nasdaq listing?

Craig, it really isn't a very good day trader. OK for position trades. but they hold the bid/ask at 500 shares on each side, so it's very tough to get fills where you'd like to.
