Jan, with whispers of 22-24 cents, what do you or anyone else think 23 cents will do for the sector? Everything EXCEPT AOL was up most of the day (YHOO turned negative in the last ten minutes).

Bob

Hmm . . . they won't disclose net earnings until after charges are figured. The better than expected sales growth and apparent earnings may help the inet stocks including Amazon.com.

Amazon.com had a very weak attempt at a rally today. Despite the report of the two acquisitions that will broaden AMZN's focus more into the portal business and larger than normal volume, Amazon just couldn't get back onto the upward momentum curve. Too bad, I'd like to see this stock catch a new round of buyer enthusiasm and move up toward the 130-140 level again.

Amazon's VC firm is going to make out like bandits on the deals they are participating in.

Go Amazon.com!!! Upward toward 130!!!
