vlad...Look at the bright side....were not at new lows...Vivus is still in business...script numbers in the US are climbing..Vivus has a free sales staff till the end of the year...Muse is selling in 9 countries..

Now what we need is more countries approved asap, better earnings than
Wall Street expects and a deal with either a sales partner for the USA or a sale of the company.

Hey even a PR statement from Vivus on how good international sales are doing would be great.

<< 300 down points on the Dow is a loss of 3.4%. >>

Vlad,

For what it's worth (FWIW),

Good ole Ralph Acompura came out today with a 'I was a bull now I'm a bear' type of comment. He feels we have seen the highs for a while and with the Asia thing happening there is a possible correction of 20% more in the cards.

With this projection, Vivus stock probably will go lower. The only hope for us longs (and I am long) is to sweat it out and keep our sights on the improving script #'s in US and overseas.

Wilson can negotiate to his hearts content but in a soft market not many people may be listening.
