P.P--I agree with Metz. The risk to Saudi is huge. Just look at the assets we have in that region. Throw out the tax levied on gasoline, and bottled water is what, twice as expensive? This disparity cannot continue, as there is just too much at geopolitical risk.

A simpler theory would be that when the banks are looking at dead loans, then the price will rise. And the game goes on.

For the likes of MM to be bullish on ANYTHING let alone oil service stocks IMO is a definite sign that we have hit the bottom!
