Herman: I am not one who is often in agreement with Mr. V. on many issues concerning this company. However, as much as I might disagree with him, Mark Silvers, Larry Macklin or Neal Davidson on those issues and while I am often frustrated at their inability to see things as I do I have not found any reason to doubt their integrity. Moreover Henry's willingness to share the information he obtains is a positive thing and although it may cause him some personal grief from time to time, he continues to be forthcoming. I do not have the same comfort level with you. Accordingly, I would ask you to keep your unsupported and potentially libelous statements to yourself. If you can back them up, let me know. Otherwise, keep silent. JLA
