I don't think CSCO & AOL have that much power to knock down the market. Only MSFT can kill this bull market, IMO.

is the downside limit still 350 dow points?

Hey Victor,

The first trading halt occurs if the market is down 10%, the second
comes at 20%, and markets are closed for the day at 30%. Actually,
they assign point values to these percentages every so often, so
it may not be exactly 10% on a given day. In any case, it will take
800-900 DOW points down before any stoppage occurs. There are also
rules about what happens if the halts occur at the end of the day,
etc.
