John, So we are on the same page, response to your questions IMHO. 1)I will need to check back on the share increase number, but even if it was 1 million shares I feel the company has an obligation to tell share holders of a share increase. I would not want to tie their hands in the way of growing, but share holders should be kept informed. Arif owns a majority of the shares to begin with, I think it is speculation that the increase in shares went in his pocket. We need an explanation of current status of shares. 2)Agreed, Arif needs to make an explanation and return shares if he did take them, which I don't think he did, but I could be wrong. 3)I can understand why the company wanted 1 firm to audit the financials to submit to the SEC and it would be speculation to say that the first company was wrong and Steve Corso can do the job, I do not know the track record of either firm. It seems like the time line is too long, but I am not an accountant, we would need to ask someone else on the thread. 4) RE: Reverse split, I believe that all options are still on the table, that is what we are waiting to find out. 5)I am also interested in finding out why the company did not say that the information for 1997 will not be submitted due to yada, yada. This is what we are doing about it. 6)We do not know if Arif has an increase in shares, I do not believe he is a choir boy, I would rather have the facts. Final: You have been in the stock a long time, got jerked around by the company, you are frustrated. I could say welcome to BB stocks, but I have no right to say that, what I will say is that there are some that want to review the facts of the company, good or bad and until we have facts to work with it does not benefit anyone to allow stock bashing, not saying that you intend to bash just letting you know we are sensitive, call it a hair trigger. You should be grateful that someone is minding the store. Welcome Back and Good Luck, MM
