Don, Interesting article on SOC testing. Sounds like alot of these guys are betting the farm on a market that is 1.8% of the total semi market today and expected to grow to 6.8% of the total market by 2002. Neil Kelly's internal joke about savings from SOC testers is pretty funny but he may be a little confused. The $500M he refers to is probably the amount of money LTX has lost their stockholders over the last 8 years... ---just kidding--- -AL
