Pete,

Golden panther and Panther are the same company. They decided
to change the name to better reflect the business they are in.

According to a response I received from the company Panther
discontinued their operations in Indonesia to concentrate on
their acquisition in Mexico.

Without an increase in mine production I find it hard to believe
this company will have a sufficient revenue stream to continue as
a going concern. It's hard to raise capital when the stock price
is trading below .20

Just my opinion.

We changed the name in March to better reflect the companies business. We had a lot of confusion from people because they thought we were a Gold mining company. We have never been on any other exchange.
