I just bought my first MOB stock. I asked my broker to recommend a large oil and he suggested MOB. I already own RD, but have taken a beating with it. My thinking is that I might be selling RD near the end of the year if I still have the large loss (for the write off, I have had a very good year thanks to a great little penny stock, TEKC) but I want to keep a large oil in my portfolio. Someone tell me why MOB is better than the others.
