very fortuitous for you john to have sold before the halt. these levels are too low in my opinion though to sit on the sidelines for long. if i were a director at roper i'd probably want to bash the stock too so i could get all my friends in before news of an equity acquisition comes out... perhaps it is right around the corner. at any rate by the time we hear about it, i'm sure it will have been discounted and any hopes of picking the low will will be dashed.
try watching the brokerage company that makes the book on this stock and see what their trading patterns are, this usually tips off the astute investor (albeit the largest risk taker as well).
hopefully, p.

You people are hilarious. Linda, you couldn't be as stupid as you sound. You mean to tell me that progress on the Boeing production does not give credibility to the product line as a whole ? You don't think that there is a market in Canada and all the world, and that Boeing does not indicate that market ? The Canadian operation is just getting started and what's good for SEE in the U.S. is good for Roper in Canada. Oh and by the way...I would expect a change in the Company's name soon.

Also, don't forget...the ultimate goal for Roper is not the Canadian rights.....let's wait and see what happens in October/November. IN the meantime I don't care if this stock is 20 cents or 20 dollars, I know where it's going to end up.
