>>>Children are dying of Hunger, People are dying of Cancer, Heart Disease, and many other issues that need $$$$. It is very sad to see so much money go to something that has gone on for hundreds of years in every country and an issue that should be handled privately not publicly.<<<

While it IS true that keeping one's winky in one's pants is NOT an issue of Presidential import...there are ancillary items that should be discussed that aren't.
1. Clinton has officially perjured himself, since he said under oath that he never did the nasty with Gennifer Flowers. Now he is on the record as saying that he did. That alone raises questions of not only propriety, but also of habitual prevarication....thus leading into his Whitewater testimony.
2. Suborning perjury. While not being pursued at the moment, there are now several witnesses who have come forward who will corroborate the attempt to suborn perjury. Whether or not it is about staining a dress or other lurid issues is immaterial. Suborning perjury is suborning perjury, regardless of the facts at hand. Again, the question of habitual prevarication arises.
3. The cost of the Special Prosecutor. While the price tag for this has been outrageous, consider the amount Clinton spent visiting China - something that was 9X what Starr has spent. Net result for both: diddly. OOOPS! Sorry, China got there hands on some classified hardware when one of their rockets was destroyed for "going off target", and sensitive Defense project hardware was retrieved by the Chinese. Wonder how they got that contract?
