Roger,

I'm not a gold bug, but in times of political and market uncertainty gold stocks tend to do well. I see quite a few those kinds of stocks up today.

There are actually a lot of small/micro cap stocks that trade significantly below book value and have actual earnings.

Personally I plan on jumping more into energy related stocks over the next few months. No hurry to get into anything at this point though. (I'll wait until the recent market carnage subsides).

I'm also playing some of the 'cheap' electronic games industry stocks, like MWY, THQI, etc., that should do well unless the country actually slips into a significant recession.

I'm wondering what it will take to kill momentum investing these days and return to a more value-oriented approach.
