This guy never responds with meaningful answers to serious questions. Ample evidence exists on this and on other threads. Instead, he continues slandering people and companies with unsubstantiated utterances ('stock fraud').

Most people on this thread are able to see this.

The fraud involves how this stock was promoted, not necessarily how TAVA conducts its business. Management has made what I believe to be misleading statements in SEC filings and press releases. The hype and outright lies on internet discussion forums should be self-evident.

It is interesting to note that TAVA was not abler to obtain financing through "normal"channels. They recently pledged 100% of their assets for a small loan from the notorious Sirrom capital. You don't have to dig very deep to discover that this company isn't worth anything near its asking price.
