Chris,

Perusing some of the charts at the close, it struck me how so many large caps broke below their lower Bollinger Band. This probably means a dead cat bounce tomorrow until the prices and the lower BB have had an opportunity to converge again. We may be in for a more orderly retreat after the bounce. BWDIK. Your thoughts.

BTW, I am glad you stayed out of GE. Regards.

Favors for tonight: very interesting. The LT trend has changed. July 20 was a major top, and today's action confirms it. ST, another day or so of down then "a powerful rally." In fact, he thinks it may be so powerful as to convince bulls "all is well." Then he'll go short. Trin closed today at 5.84-- 6 is the buy signal. Next support: 8326. He says if we get there it actually INCREASES the chance that we have reached a st bottom.
