I called 1 1/2 months ago, before the sale of the software division.

Gene said gross sales were roughly 1.8 million, and that the net earnings would be pretty slim as most were spent on R and D. I suspect a lot was spent on the software division too.

David,
I will ask Gene about becoming a fully reporting company. My personal opinion is that the company they just recently sold has slowed down their efforts on many fronts. I think this company is beginning to show some definition in what it is going to become and we are in for better days ahead.
