Well, Wiseowl: It seems that CEO Caputo is willing to sell if the price is right. Found this snippet in post #472 (by DE):

"I had the same feeling as you earlier about management being slack ... Well I was wrong. Caputo has had 1-home run already under his belt sold the previous company he started (computer tech service, 70+ employees) to Price-Waterhouse for xx million$ in 1985."

dear wiseowl: i was just kidding to prove the point as to how ridiculously low priced CMND is. If it SHOULD drop to $2.70 or below I plan to be an aggressive buyer. JDN
