Kurt- Would intentionally failing to provide shareholders a copy of the corporate by laws in an effort to foil the calling of a special shareholder meeting to review the Plan of Reorganization be securities fraud or simply a straight violation of corporate laws only?

Absolutely unbelievable Kurt- I would never believe that a $1.1b in sales Corporation would fail to provide a copy of its corporate by laws to a shareholder! If Ms. Nancy Boyd does not return my call/message within 48 hours, I will not only call the SEC Enforcement Division if you think it proper, but will also write the Honorable Bankruptcy Judge in order to report these goings on.....

Sincerely,

Doug F.

Kurt,

Ms. Nancy Boyd of Sitrick & Co graciously returned my phone call of yesterday. Unfortunately I was out of the office today. But she left her number and said to call back tomorrow and she'd fax me a copy of the FPAM Corporate By Laws....

Once I obtain them, I'll post the relevant requirements for our discussion.s...

Sincerely,

Doug F.
