The internut stocks barely got touched today. In fact, they were actually up until that last selloff.

In addition, the semi's are convincing me more and more they are at bottom (barring the total collapse of the market some of you are predicting). If things don't get too much worse, I expect to watch the semi's take the lead going into Christmas. This would confirm what I am hearing form friends in the biz.

I must disagree with my broker. He things the small caps will play catch up. I think the mentality is such that they will have to break the large caps hard before people get burned enough to consider value again--much harder than what happened today.

Finally, I raised 25 percent more cash at the end of last week because of the number of stocks I saw which beat earnings and then sold off hard. I don't just mean stocks that ran up before the report, either.

Look what happened to stocks like WFMI today. Beat expectations, but only flat margins. Then nerve...wham, down 20 percent. That makes me thing this may not be over yet.

Good Luck.

B.
