I agree, with 2 million shares traded (about 1/3 of the alleged float), I would expect it to move up more.

Looks like something is holding this stock down (a little) could be MM's, could be a higher number of shares than we are aware of, could just be bad timing (DOW down about 800 points over the last few weeks).

Still looking for a sign. :0)
