I also checked with the Corporations Section, Office of the Secretary of State in Austin, Texas and they sent me a document that said John Christensen was removed as the registered agent and Rebekah is the new registered agent. But when--and where--was Christensen EVER the RA? Certainly not in Nevada? If the company isn't incorporated in Texas, then um, well it IS very late here. Or IS the company perhaps ALSO incorporated in Texas? That'd be a little odd, since it's described as a "Nevada Company". One thing: JC isn't an RA in Nevada; far as I know, never was.
