martin, <<what's the delay?>> Exactly!! Why is it that MUSE has been available in the US 16 months longer than Viagra yet Pfizer is able to get approval in foreign countries much quicker than Vivus? As far as the end of the month--there is nobody marketing MUSE to the PCPs. The 150 rent-a-reps are only targeting physicians who write a lot of scripts related to ED and the other 75 are calling on urologists. Vivus needs to get a force to the PCPs ASAP at a time when Viagra safety concerns are being publicized. Vivus hardly scratched the surface last Q on the PCPs--the PCPs need to be contacted and instructed about MUSE. As Wilson said in the last cc, Viagra has changed the way ED is now treated ie PCPs instead of urologists are now the primary force treating ED and not the urologists. So we need to get the PCPs familiarized with MUSE to get domestic sales back to par.
